Important Netwurx Update
Dear Customer
Netwurx will be installing new phone systems Thursday July 10th through Monday July 14th. We have been testing this system for some time now. This new system will be a completely Voice over Internet system (VoIP for business). This new phone system will give us a greater ability to service our customers and possibly even expand our product line in the future to offer home telephone services to our customers over their internet connection. We will be closing the support center early on Friday the 11th at noon for the bulk of the move and to give the Telephone companies working hours to complete the change. We will re-open the support center on Saturday during our normal hours.
This change WILL NOT affect your internet service in any way, only people calling into our support center for assistance will be affected.
If we do have any unexpected issues with our new phone system we would expect them to be very brief. If this should happen, simply hang up and try back 5 to 10 minutes later. We will also update our web site at www.netwurx.net should there be any unexpected situations.
