Recently we discovered an issue causing our spam system to quarantine more mail than typical as of the first of the year. If you believe that you are missing email you can check your spam quarantine at http://nospam.netwurx.net Log in with your full email address and password. If you see email you wish to send to your inbox click “deliver” to the right of the message. It will be delivered to your inbox.
Because of this issue, we are temporarily turning quarantine off. At this point email typically quarantined will drop into your normal mailbox. This may cause you to receive more spam than normal BUT normal mail won’t be held up. Over the next few days/weeks we will be tweaking the system to resolve this issue.
